Asset License Agreement

1. Granted Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, modify, and integrate the Asset(s) into your own electronic games and interactive media projects (the "Projects"). You may sell and distribute these Projects without paying royalties to Twoko Labs.

2. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, sublicensing, or selling the Asset(s) as standalone files or within asset packs.
• Sharing the Asset(s) files with third parties who have not purchased a license, except as necessary for the development of your Projects (e.g., sharing with your team).
• Using the Asset(s) in a way that allows end-users to easily extract the source files.
• Using the Asset(s) for machine learning, AI training, or generative AI purposes.

3. Modification

You may modify the Asset(s) to suit your Projects. Modified Assets are subject to the same restrictions as the original Asset(s).

4. Ownership

Twoko Labs retains all copyrights and ownership of the original Asset(s). This is a license agreement, not a transfer of ownership.
