Service Level Agreement

1. Granted Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, modify, and integrate the Service(s) into your own electronic games and interactive media projects (the "Projects"). You may sell and distribute these Projects without paying royalties to Twoko Labs.

2. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, sublicensing, or selling the Service(s) credentials or SDKs.
• Sharing the Service(s) keys with third parties who have not purchased a license, except as necessary for the development of your Projects (e.g., sharing with your team).
• Using the Service(s) in a way that allows end-users to easily extract backend credentials.
• Using the Service(s) for machine learning, AI training, or generative AI purposes.

3. Modification

You may utilize the Service(s) to suit your Projects. Utilized Services are subject to the same restrictions as the original Service(s).

4. Ownership

Twoko Labs retains all copyrights and ownership of the original Service(s). This is a license agreement, not a transfer of ownership.
